After choosing your preferred plan(s), use our contact form to get in touch with us. Here you will proceed with a straightforward onboarding questionnaire to provide us with more details. We will review this questionnaire and schedule an optional 20 min onboarding call with your dedicated social media manager.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you’ve selected your plan(s) and completed the onboarding questionnaire, you'll link your social media channel(s) through our platform, enabling us to schedule and post the approved content to your pages. Within 7 working days, you'll receive your complete month of social media posts for your review. We're here to make any adjustments based on your preferences, and once you give the green light, we'll take care of posting everything for you throughout the month.

How will you know what to post for my company?

Our process is highly efficient. Upon signing up, you'll go through a comprehensive onboarding questionnaire, providing us with all the essential details about your company, target audience, branding, and any initial ideas for posts. In addition, we conduct a thorough review of your website and social media channels to grasp your brand voice and visual style. This ensures that we align with your preferences, maintaining a consistent style if that's your preference. We also delve into industry research to deliver top-quality content that resonates with your audience.

You will be paired with the ideal social media manager tailored to your industry. Our team is predominantly based in the US, with additional members in Europe. Are the posts custom made?

While we often nail it on the first try, if there are adjustments needed, we'll continue working on it until it meets your expectations and preferences.

Where do you get the content/visuals from?

The approach varies based on your unique situation. Some clients come with an abundance of content, which we readily utilize. In such cases, we predominantly incorporate their existing material. Conversely, for clients with limited content, we often turn to high-quality stock photos or focus on creating graphic-design-based posts that align with your brand. However, the specific approach is a collaborative decision made with each client to ensure it aligns perfectly with their preferences and brand identity.

Will I see increased sales with McNabb Media?

The strategy behind consistently posting on your social media platforms aims to engage your current follower base by maintaining an active online presence with content that showcases your business and educates your audience. While we can't guarantee immediate sales, collaborating with us enhances the likelihood of generating sales and fostering growth for your business. If your goal is to significantly boost sales, acquire more leads, or increase your follower count, exploring avenues like running paid ads, partnering with influencers, and implementing other sales-focused efforts is recommended (see our other service’s packages). Do I have to share my login details?

Certainly not. All you need to do is link your social media accounts to our scheduling platform using the official integration – no passwords required.

Can I still post on my own profiles?

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to do so. We actively encourage our clients to contribute their own content whenever they feel the need. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you; if you find yourself too busy to engage in social media activities, rest assured that we've got your accounts well-managed.
